I am an ardent advocate for high-quality school library programs faciliated by professional school librarians centered on classroom-library collaboration
for instruction, the thoughtful integration of authentic children’s and young adult literature
and relevant technology tools into the classroom curriculum, and family literacy. My most recent op-ed "Literacy Matters Every Day" was published in the Arizona Daily Star on March 6, 2019.
